The Peace Prayer of Saint Francis "O Lord, make me an instrument of Thy Peace! Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is discord, harmony. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope. Where there is darkness, light. Where there is sorrow, joy.
Oh Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; for it is in…
Imagine All the good we could do energetically if more of us would apply ourselves to doing good more of the time, not just unconsciously doing, doing, doing. I know I'm preaching to the choir here. How much time and energy does it take to heal the Earth and All her beating Hearts? Does it take a half hour a day, everyday? I don't know. Maybe it takes every minute of everyday, living consciously. I personally have a sense of urgency and feel I am not…Continue
For the last two grid cycles (including the one we are currently doing) I have been hearing and singing the Cherokee Morning Song from Music for Native Americans by Robbie Robertson.
I have felt the energy of the elders with me and around the grid so strongly. Very powerful and strong and at the same time so gentle and loving. It flows through me with a warmth and yet my skin is covered in goose bumps.
The words are:
We n' de ya ho, We n' de ya ho,
We n' de ya, We…

I have been thinking a lot about "building community," in recent weeks.
I have been involved in web communities for almost twenty years, since the early days of the web where we'd dial up online bulletin board systems with phone modems to download text message posts in batches, to read them on our PCs. I've been founder, manager, admin, moderator, sponsor and occasional peace keeper in almost 50 web groups. Today, I am admin and co-manager of several such communities, some with…Continue
I saw the video post for the pink skull smoking, well the picture, not the vid. yet. That made me think to post this one.I just got back from Thailand the end of Jan., and the day before we left, friend and I went to one of the tourist Buddhist temples.
I'd been feeling seriously in need of some help for this legal situation I am in and all the finances involved with it for a couple days, and just wanting some kind of help from God, and really could've just cried about it and felt I…Continue
Well, here it is already March and I didn't even get my February post in. I guess I'll have to get two in for this month. February is just too short haha. I wanted to remind everyone about their Angels. We All have them with us all the time. They are on standby ready and willing to help us at any moment for any situation big or small. The key is... we have to ask them for help. I am in constant communication with my Angels and I think I sound like a broken record to them. But they Love…Continue
I was recently involved in another "mass meditation" on Facebook.
It was a transmission of ascension energy that I was invited to facilitate with two other remarkable people. From what I can determine, about 300 people participated.
My part in this event was to assist the Source/God/Creator/Angels/Force (name…

We talk a lot about "sending White Light" to those who need it.
This is, indeed, a beautiful endeavor. It is what I'd consider a "direct action," to influence the universe-- and perhaps someone's cause or plight-- for the better.
However, let us not lose sight of the ways-- small ways, every day-- we can "spread light" merely through the process of staying Present and Mindful.
Recently, I had an email exchange with an old friend. She's been teaching and putting…Continue
